Legality of Delta 9 Gummies
∆9 THC is the primary psychoactive chemical compound found in hemp. Due to the language used in the 2018 Farm Bill, as long as our hemp-derived products contain less than 0.3% ∆9 THC by dry weight volume they are defined as hemp and not marijuana. They are federally compliant.
